Access Jenkins docker inside VM from host machine

VM software: VMware Player 14
Network: NAT (shared host IP)
Host machine: Win10, hostname is leap1
Guest machine: OpenSUSE 15.1, hostname is leap1 (same with host machine's)

Jenkins docker is configured in guest and is up. The link https://leap1:8083/is accessible in the guest.

My question is, how can I access https://leap1:8083/ in host machine (the win10)?

Do you mean how you can access it FROM the host machine?
Either connect the guest to a bridge instead of a NAT network (and give it a different hostname than the VM host), or use port forwarding in the hypervisor. I only know VirtualBox and KVM, but I am sure Vmware can do either.

Yes, what I mean to say is to access it from the host machine.
I can not configure the port forwarding in the hypervisor because it's VMWare Player. Keeping NAT network, is it possible to do something inside VM guest system to achieve that?

If you have to use NAT, you need to tell your host system how to reach your guest. On VirtualBox, you can use port forwarding. KVM sets up port forwarding by default.
If VMware Player doesn't have this feature, I am afraid you are out of luck.

On VirtualBox you can also add a bridge besides the NAT network through which you could access the VM and assign an IP from a separate subnet.
