I really enjoyed it when alive but haven't heard who/when/why it was taken down.

Maybe with some active investigation you can determine what happened.

That's why I asked here in the first place. I've spent several hours at various times searching google, yahoo, dogpile etc. along with 'nix-centric discussion groups. There are still many broken links to the site which is clearly down with no explanation of why? Just curious why what was for several years the #1 RHCE preparation and information site just disappears without explanation.
