Tails 2.2 - boot ISO using VirtualBox

Hi,

I have downloaded the Tails ISO tails-i386-2.2 and attempted to boot it from VirtualBox.

I am prompted to login or select more options. If I click login a blank blue screen is displayed. Looks like it may be the desktop without any taskbar, menu's etc.

Rebooting and selecting the more options option, there doesn't appear to be anything relevant to this issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks, you are probably correct.

Strange as release 2.0 RC1 "adds support for recent chips such as Intel Broadwell's HD graphics".

"RC1" is a first release candidate. There are usually a few before the release comes.

It's only fair to expect some issues with new support.
