I've installed lilo in Gentoo. but ... what should I have to write in the /etc/lilo.conf if I want to boot also Ubuntu (which I had installed previously).
I know how to dual boot Windows... but an other partition of Linux? Is it possible?
You will have to mount the Ubuntu partition then the image and initrd lines will be the path to the ubuntu kernel/initrd. Any kernel options will be on the append line. After editing lilo.conf don't forget to rerun lilo. If you installed ubuntu's grub to the ubuntus root partition, you can chainload and the entry will be similar to the windows entry.
