Hi

since my upgrade to gnome 3, when i try to connect to my session i have always the fallbackMode
window manager launched instead of the final gnome-shell WM.
I dont know how to force to use gnome-shell in a config file or to check the log file

Can you help me to investigate my problem ?

System Settings --> System Info --> Graphics --> Force Fallback Mode --> OFF

yes it is
even after i restart my computer the fallbackmode is launched

I assume you have a working opengl setup. Can you, please, provide the output of your glxinfo?
