It does when it loads a bunch of images and queries to pull info from tables though.. as this post is really unconstructive as well and has no point. You do realize the rules apply to this forum as well don't you?

What is a "DVDE" and how compatible with Linux is it?? I just got a Sony DVD +-RW (DRU530A) and was amazed how it was immediately recognized in Fedora, Gentoo and Arch Linux as a DVDRW device. I just needed to tweak my fstab file and I was set. I'm going to give it the real test with k3b tonight and see if burns as easily as my CDRW.

I wouldn't say our rules are extreme.. if you want extreme, check out www.unix.com 's rules they have in place and then tell us if ours are extreme compared to those. But lets move on with the subject of DVD's I suppose, since this thread really had no topic or point from the beginning but bragging rights or something other than the other, etc.
Anyone I suppose who wants to keep arguing or don't want to talk about DVD's or the such, feel free to email me.
