What's the site I'm looking for.... simple answer!

Ok I remember hearing about a site that gives away free Linux CDs to those who don't have a burner and/or high speed... All you had to pay was shipping, can anyone direct me to this site? Or is this site non-existant?

No it isn't, This is under General Linux... It is a question isn't it? General is for off-topic stuff.

No. Linux-General is for technical questions which don't fit into any of the existing forum categoreies. General is for "non-technical general discussion which can include both Linux and non-Linux topics" - therefore, I moved your thread to General from Linux-General.
