It's funny seeing the look of the customers seeing this girl freak out.
Anyway, I don't need a promo to make me see the movie. I am going to see the 2013 version because I love the first Carrie movie in 1976 with Sissy Spacek.
I Know there are people who have a gift of clairvoyance, but I wonder if there are people who really have telekinetic abilities.
Really, please name the names of the clairvoyant ones that you came across.
How might a sceptic husband approach a clairvoyant wife (who feels that her mother will call). The husband may also know his MIL's routine well enough to predict when she will call.
As to telekinesis defined as

The movement of objects by scientifically inexplicable means, as by the exercise of an occult power.
. An inanimate object cannot move by itself. Like werewolves eh?

They probably just didn't post the out-takes where the people laugh and point at the gap in the wall.
I also take it they filmed in a non-concealed-carry state, for safety reasons...
Don't know much about telekinetics except for entertainment purposes via the movies. However, if there are people involved in some kind of occult or black magic, they may possess this ability to some degree. Please note I am stating an opinion.
and NO ONE has ever come close to PROVING IT
ALL have been frauds and can artists !!!!!
On the other hand, Robert G. Jahn, former dean of Princeton Engineering School, reported finding highly significant evidence of the ability of people to skew distributions of random and pseudo-random events:
The effects he reported were small (certainly not "raise my hand" sensationalism), but his team conducted a very large number of trials and found deviations from expected means at significance level exceeding 7-sigma. His team's work was certainly controversial, and mainstream journals refused to review their papers, one editor facetiously telling Jahn 'he would consider a paper “if you can telepathically communicate it to me.”'
I do admit to some impatience with Randi. A truly sceptical and scientific attitude should avoid all prejudices about the nature of the universe. As to:

If such an effect exists, this would be taking a dim view of science. After all, the motion of the planets was scientifically unexplained at one time...
