I'm running Windows Server 2003 Web Edition on my notebook (dual booting with Slack 10) and I tried using the XP drivers for my WPC11 ver.3 wireless card.. and no luck... I sent Linksys tech support an email query to find out where to get drivers and here's my response:

We don't have driver for the device that would support Windows 2003. The only option is to try the XP driver but since you already did, there is no way that the device would work with your OS.
