Metal look-and-feel for Windows

Anybody know where can i get "Metal" look-and-feel for windows? I'm so sick and tired of looking at my Windows PC at work. I don't want Linux simulation or something. I just want "Metal" look-and-feel theme. Or maybe motif or Solaris look-and-feel.

Well I do not know a particular theme or something like that but I do know that if you are using Windows XP you can get this cool software called window blinds and that should help you give a better look to your working environment. Let me see if I can get you a pic of my system... that will require me to get out of linux and back to windows so I will re edit this post later on...

EDITED--------------------

Here is the picture I promissed
