Linux Desktop Summit 2006

HI everybody,

I am new to Linux. I just recently installed Xandros 3.0.2 Open Circulation Ediition. I really like it! I have a dual boot system because I need Win XP for school. I still haven't got my printer to work yet though! It's a Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W. It will work with Win XP though so I am not totally lost without a way to use it.

I live in the San Diego area.........I want to go to the Linux Desktop Summit in a few months. I am lucky it is close to me. I see Linux Questions is a sponsor. Are there many people planning on going? If you have gone in the past, was it worth it? The price is VERY good....$75 before 1/31 and after 01/31, only $100!

Mary
