Is The UNIX-HATER Handbook still relevant today?

First, I already search the subject in LQ and find nothing related about it whether is still relevant or not today.

Trying not to make new debate anymore or else, I just curious about the Book "The UNIX-HATER Handbook". I know it is already 18 years (since 1994) and issues (like mistyping command, sendmail, etc) is not the issue anymore. I not read the whole book yet (or should I in my spare time?).

I Hope there is no relevant things left behind that appropriate with the Book. Am I right?Thank You

Many of the things mentioned in the book are now out of date, but the book is funny and worth a read for historical reasons if nothing else.

It's a tongue-in-cheek book of course, and a nice addition to my library many years ago.

Y'know, it's not enough just to write a book: you have to sell it, too! (And this was done in the days of pure-paper books, where there's considerable expense involved both in a book that does sell, and especially in a book that doesn't.)
