I realize that KiTTY is a Windows program, but I wish to use it to access my Linux systems via SSH when I'm away from home, possibly using some Windows PC in a hotel business room, etc. KiTTY is forked from PuTTY code.

The main claim-to-fame of KiTTY, IMHO, is that it can be truely portable - it can run from a thumbdrive without leaving any residuals in the Windows registry of the host PC. PuTTY can be run from a thumbdrive as well (I have been doing that for years), however it leaves junk in the local computers registry that you have to manually clean up.
Has anyone used KiTTY? Opinions? I just accidently stumbled into it today. I had never heard of it before.
I understand this question might be better addressed to a Windows forum. But I'm not a member of any of those. And I believe the Linux community knows much more about security, etc., even regarding Windows programs. Besides, the biggest users of PuTTY are probably Linux users needed SSH access to their Linux boxes. I don't know of many Windows users who SSH into Windows boxes. Does Windows even have SSHD server built-in?
