Question "Error on Listen function : The TCP/IP- Lotus Domino 6.5 on Redhat Linux

I had just compiled kernel from kernel 2.4.9 to kernel 2.4.19 in Linux 2.1 AS.

kernel Compilation was needed to run HTTP task in Domino server.

Now HTTP task is running. But getting errors in Domino Server Console.
Errors are as follows,

"Error on Listen function : The TCP/IP Stack can't bind a network address to a TCP Socket,Please verify that the TCP stack has been properly initialized."

"Listener task for port TCPIP is suspending for 20 seconds due to listen errors"

Pls guide about the above error.

Vishal
