Personally I think honorary degrees suck anyway. I mean, why should this person get a degree when they haven't done the course? I seem to remember, a little while ago, that a certain Cilla Black (don't know if the American readers will know about her) was offered an honorary degree from Liverpool University (UK). The students, in unison, said that she shouldn't have it, and if the uni gave it to her, all hell would break loose. Too right, I think.

Well, that's my inane rambling for today.
