I am planning to move most of my work files to a cloud desktop so that I can access it from anywhere as well as take advantage of the automatic backup. The
provider however also has another option called Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) which is very similar but is costlier because of additional features. I want to know what are the basic features that are a must have and what are frills that I can do without in a cloud desktop or virtual desktop?
