Fedora Step by Step Guide

Greetings all,

I would like to know if there is a step by step guide to installing Fedora - any version. Also, is there any documentation that can explain the Unix terms so that a layperson could understand them; any recommendation reading/studying material would be appreciated.

I was able to install Fedora 6 but after attempting updates I was unable to start the system without having too re-install the boot config file.

The installation guides for Fedora are here. For general Unix commands, take a look at linuxcommand.org and for system administraion, take a look at rute.

Thank you twice; for the welcome and the information. I am really enjoying myself learning the Linux commands and retrieved the Fedora Install document. I guess I will see about purchasing some books since I really do not enjoy reading too much on line. As opportunity present itself I will check out the Admin site (rute) as well.
