what's that X11 forwarding ? over ssh what port is forwarded? is it the same as VNC?

X11 forwarding has nothing at all to do with VNC otherwise it would be VNC...

X forwarding uses port 6000 byt default, and uses a local X server to display applications running on a remote system. it's not like with VNC where you're just looking at a picture of a remote system, the gui is being directly drawn and updated by the lcoal machine.

hmm... this isn't an sms message... you (probably) paid for those keys infront of you, i'd suggest geetting better usage from them
