Try
Code:
wxGTX-devel from freshrpms
aiksaurus-gtk-devel from fedora-base
A
Code:
yum search gtk-devel
might list more, depending on the repositories you've enabled.

are those two packages meant to be suitable solutions?? they are certainly not.

the standard gtk+ and gtk2 -devel pacakges will be on your distro cd's, alternatively this is the gtk2 one that should be on your cd's (i.e. exact version to mathc the main gtk2 library you'll already have installed) http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/fedora...13-9.i386.html
as for gtk+ (gtk1) it is: http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/fedora...0-33.i386.html
both of these appear to have slightly newer versions available, but installing them will require more updates etc...
