Unable to play videos after I click video link in Chromium version 63.

See attachments. I am prompted to select a program in order to view videos. I selected Videos and an error message was displayed.Looking at the screenshots you will see that something doesn't look right! Responses are appreciated.

install ALL available gstreamer plugins from fedora's package management (not from chromium).
