You don't. Assume with updating you're getting new features and bug fixes together. That's the thing with Fedora, it's geared towards trying out new packages with new features. It's not meant to provide stability IF YOU ARE CONSTANTLY UPDATING. It's very stable if you stick with the base fedora packages that came with install. That's not to say you can't update, just know stability is not in mind when all these updates are released. Fedora is the playground for the eventual stable Enterprise RedHat releases. So update with caution. You'll have to do some heavy searching to know exactly what packages are security updates for Fedora.
