Screen lockup in Fedora 34.

I'm running Fedora 34. Sometimes the screen will lockup. Is this a known issue with the distribution or is it something to do with my Toshiba Satellite Laptop?

It could be hardware or Fedora related, or both. We can't offer much without more information. Run the following in an X terminal and paste its input and output here (using code tags, the # icon above the input window) to provide basic initial info:
Code:
inxi -Fazy
fpaste /var/log/Xorg.0.log
If fpaste produces a not found error, do the following instead:
Code:
fpaste ~/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log
