So, it appears there are 2 issues, since my upgrade of F24 -> F25. The first one, is related to firewalld not working properly.
This second one, that I have just recently started to attempt to diagnose is related to Chrome crashing, specifically crashing when video or audio is playing. I finally grabbed some debug output from Chrome, and the only thing I've got so far is:

I received this error message after I started Chrome with the following command line options:
How did you install chrome? I have a Lenovo T140 updated from F24-F25 (via dnf), and chrome installed by dnf from the Google repository. I don't do much video with chrome, but do play a lot of streaming audio from web radio stations, and have never had chrome freeze or crash.
I do have lots of RAM and disk space, maybe you're low on RAM?

No, I have lots of RAM too. I have 32G and 99.9% of the time I'm not utilizing nearly that much.
