Maybe the card is listed in the HCL section here on the forum. It can be found at the top and to the right.
Now more than likely it will use Ndiswrapper. It is a module that uses the Windows inf driver for the nic to interface with it. There are several post on installing ndiswrapper on Fedora distros. The key is installing the kernel-devel rpm that matches current running kernel. Search for ndiswrapper fedora to find the many post. Also search for kernel-devel to learn about that package.

thanks brian, i will have to look up the info on ndiswrapper. i have tried to install it once before but i havnt a clue as to what i am doing. i am new to linux and i know nothing about using commands in the terminal which makes it hard.
I use ndiswrapper on a usb belkin wifi.
yum -y install ndiswrapper
yum -y install kmod-ndiswrapper
then modprobe ndiswrapper
check dmesg to see if the kernel has recognised the card then use the network setup applet (neat) to setup wifi card it should ne waln0.
Careful when a new kernel is available, you'll have to install the specific kmod-ndiswrapper for that kernel and do the above again.

Which file did you get and the link it was found at?
Did you get the rpm or source file?
If rpm then it must match the kernel version you are running.
If you got the source then you must install the kernel-devel-******.rpm that matches the current running kernel version.
Do you know what chipset your card uses? Some belkin cards use the ralink chipset which has opensource drivers meaning that if you card is one of these, you do not need ndiswrapper. You can check the chipset, by doing
I would search for the ndiswrapper rpm, and check the kernel you are using (uname -r) and search for that specific kmod-ndiswrapper rpm. Transfer from windows box to linux box and
rpm -ivh ndiswrapper.rpm kmod-ndiswrapper.rpm
modprobe kmod-ndiswrapper
Then check dmesg. Follow what I said earlier and all should be ok.
