ISO Fails Test

Whenever I try to test my CD Media it fails, saying there is an error.

Does anyone here have a good mirror / torrent link for the CD Iso Files, that doesn't error?

I got the files from fedora.redhat.com, and their mirrors.

I have no problems installing slackware, but I want to mess with Fedora...too bad it hates me!

check the md5sums of the iso files after you have downloaded them, before writing to cds. Also you can try to run the iso files in qemu and run the cd check facility on the iso itself. if that fails, then the cd mirror is bad. if that passes and your written cds fail check ,the cd writing software can be changed.

I've now used the .torrent file from the site. So, files should be okay.

I'm on a Windows based OS (WinXP Professional). I'm not quite sure what I can use to check the SHA1SUM (or md5 checksum) file, or what emulator I should use.

I've never really gotten into those things...I've burned the files from the torrent, and the disc one failed...but...it seems to be installing alright to far.

If anyone can help me, I'd be glad...

http://www.karenware.com/powertools.asp

has a good sha1 checker

look at the text it outputs, it should match the text displayed in the sha1 file on the server you got it from.
Make sure you chose sha1 when you generate the sum.
