The easiest thing is just to swap in a DVD drive to do the install. Baring that you can p2p a cd set from Fedora Unity (not officially Fedora).

Is there a live CD for F8 that you can install from?

My approach to this is to have a DVD drive in an USB housing, so you have DVD available to any computer with a spare USB port (although not all ancient computers will boot from an external DVD in this way).

Recently brought up a box with no removable media in this way and its not too slow, although clearly not as fast as an internal DVD.

For those that will not boot from USB you can make a handoff boot CD (assuming a CD drive is available). Basically you boot to the cd and it points over to the USB DVD (or any usb device).
