How do I upgrade from Fedora 31 cinnamon to Fedora 32 cinnamon?

You are quite, as my old boss would have said, in error.
I have Fedora 31 in a VM.
I just fired it up and opened the software manager. After the software manager had fully loaded, it displayed a dialog box saying "Fedora 32 Now Available." I clicked the "Download" button.
The upgrade process is now underway.
No research on my part was required, just one click on the right button to get things started.
Distribution: Mint 20, Kali, Peppermint, Ubuntu, MakuluFlash, Fedora 32, Windows 12 Lite, MakuluLinux

Thanks that is great. It is not showing on my Fedora 31 cinnamon though.
I host my site and email with database and shopping cart so I might clone on a new ssd all my operating systems then on that try to upgrade but still have not seen an upgrade button.
