I was checking out the Fedora Core mirrors and they're getting ready for Fedora Core 3. Most of them have a /3 directory. Unfortunatly you can't get it early. When you try opening the /3 directory you get an access denied error. Just thought I'd let everyone know that Fedora Core 3 is on schedule.
There was a leak during the FC2 release and that why it was available a bit earlier on bittorrent .. anyway, bittorrent is kind of slow nowadays .. I'll prefer downloading direct from either http or ftp using download manager.
BTW, some of the mirrors have the development directory updated yesterday (11/06/04) and checking the readme inside, it refers itself as Fedora Core 3 instead of the 2.9 something ... I guess by Monday, what they can do is to rename it to 3 and there .. you've it.. but couldn't find the ISOs yet.
I just downloaded Fedora Core 3 Test 3 a week ago.
There's no difference provided I install all the update stuff? right?
I'm just a bit pissed if there's a huge difference.
