Question Fedora Core 1 Associating .jar files with java -jar command

After deleting .gnome* .gconf* .nautilus .metacity directories to create fresh profile, when I try to associate command java -jar with .jar files using context menu-> Open with -> An Application, It says no application associated and gives Edit File Type Box. here, the command java -jar is there with full path, but the Default Action Field is disabled. I was able to associate this command before, but now it is not working
