Fedora 32, Sound in Chrome-stable

Having problems with Chrome-stable, can't get sound to go up. turning up to 150% and I can only get a 40% level.

But using Firefox browser I can get the highest of sound levels with out any problems

My first thought is to look at the volume control and see if everything is turned up. Master, speaker, pcm, front, rear etc.

alsamixer
pavucontrol

Or whatever you use.
