Fedora 25 upgraded now my apache doesn't work on my ip
I have installed lamp on fedora 24 and it was working OK. I upgraded to fedora 25 and did not check the server then later I added vsftpd. Now my browser cannot find my fixed ip address only localhost works. The ftp doesn't work either using my fixed ip address using Filezilla. I have checked the firewall and it appears to be correct,
I reloaded apache and php etc and it still doesn't work with my ip address

Solved it. The ip address was changed somehow from 192.168.1.5 to 192.168.1.3 and the router hadn't been changed in the virtual server setting. Can't figure how the ip address changed though?
