dvd's not working

how do i mount a dvd?????
i've tried everything but i cant find asolution...

when you say everything, what do you mean?

are you root when you mount stuff?
What does your /etc/fstab say?

Sorry to ask such dumb questions, but we need to know what you have tried and have not tried.

sorry dude,

my fstab :

/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom auto noauto,owner,kudzu,ro 0 0
/dev/cdrom1 /mnt/cdrom1 auto,owner,kudzu,ro 0 0

You need to be root to mount anything. Make sure you are root and then type "mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom"
