Compiz window animations

Window animations only work on certain windows. I am assuming that I need to adjust what windows it applies to via the "Window Match" text box as it was blank and ot working at all and after some playing around and adding to that box some windows work, however not all still do. Correct me if I am wrong, I usually am.

You left out so-much info, E.g: DE\WM, effect, (aside from animation,( I'll leave out why it maters,,,)

care) 35.?.x.? and so on?!.

Ahhh.... Did I though.......... As per what was in the original post ------Running Fedora 35 with compiz/mate. (Copy and pasted.)

That would be DE AND WM and even what version. But thanks for your help.

Okay, I may have* missed that Mate bit but there's still that so-much. How about what themes, default install, updates or googling or googling how to post more info, "to help fix my bells and whistles?"

Maybe someone using Fedora, has the same "problem" and can help you...
