Audio devices and wifi adapter stops functioning requiring restart

For some time my audio would stop working when a new audio stream is initiated.. this was at random. Had to switch my audio devices till chrome source would dissappear and switch back.

When I installed steam and updated packages same happens to wifi adapter (when a new stream starts it has a chance of bugging out) this requires re-start of the OS....

Any chance anyone know what is happening? Running fedora 34

Please provide more information.

What do you mean by "audio devices"?

It sounds as if you are streaming the audio. Is that the case?

Have you tested in a browser other than Chrome?

And anything else you might think of that might describe the problem in more detail.

The list of output devices in audio settings. Like "line out" among others. I have to switch from line out to any other wait for chrome to dissappear from the list where there are always 2 pulse audio listed (why 2 I have no clue). Then go back and play the stream. I'm referring to streams as you tube videos but it can be any other media on any website. I'm actually using Vivaldi, so I have to install something that's not Chrome based...

More concerning and problematic is wifi, doesn't matter if I turn it off or not. The behavior is like I have no connectivity at all, but wifi network lists as connected to internet. If I turn off wifi I can turn it on and successfully log in, with connectivity. browser thinks I'm online as no warnings are present. But the contents don't load beyond what is cashed. Only way to fix it is to reboot. Also old versions of kernel simply never boot. So I can't even go back. I will do some more testing, as I have few things in mind I can try. Ty for responding
