As far as system requirements, these are mine:
Dual-Core AMD Z-60 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Wrestler [Radeon HD 6250]
3.6 GB memory
62.7 GB storage (SATA SSD)
On a Fujitsu Q572 that was previously running Windows 8.1 slowly, and runs Windows 10 very slowly.
I wouldnt consider trying it with less than this.
