How to reinstall Elementary and how to partition

Hello my friends,
I am a newbie, so I apologize in advance for the noob questions.

I installed Elementary in dual boot with Windows 10, without any problem, as Elementary chooses how to partition by itself.
After that I messed up, because trying to make audio work on Elementary I downloaded some Ubuntu packages, so now I don't understand anymore if this is Elementary or Ubuntu. :-D

I would like to reinstall Elementary, keeping the Dual Boot with Windows, so without overwriting neither Windows nor the dual boot (I want to overwrite only the previous installation of Elementary).
The problem is that now it asks me to do the partition and I don't understand, in the graphic, which is the Windows part and which the Linux part.

Could you tell me how to proceed? Like step by step, which parts to format and which not to?

Thank you very much

The short answer would be that the partition for Linux will have type ext4 filesystem and the other Linux partition to setup would be swap. If this is an uefi system then will need to provide /boot/efi mountpoint for the efi partition.
Posting the output of
Code:
sudo fdisk -l
from the live iso will help in giving better advice.
