wireless netinstall .. now no wireless

I installed Debian 4 using netinstall iso. It's up and running but now I can't get the wireless card to connect to my router. I've tried with WEP or without, assigning IP and DHCP. It's a Microsoft MN-520 pcmcia card

any help would be appreciated
