Webmin works just fine in Debian.

If you want to find out which options you can tune with Debian's native DebConf, install the "gkdebconf" utility (and also "libgnome2-perl" to get a pretty GUI).

when someone crashes a configuration with webmin and ask you to solve it, you know you've got a problem with all the generated code, like frontpage for crosoft users. I stick with configuration files unless i've got no choice...

Great tool for configuring almost anything! I especially like the Appletalk module (since I've recently acquired an _old_ Mac )
