That is a great link. I will study on it and see if I can capture it in some decent way. I like things like that in my file system. (Yes you are right, I am not a fan of cloud computing either - old fogey or grumpy geezer).

Thanks for the link anyway. It is easier to see the commands in a comprehensible way than it is on the man pages. I usually go and get a copy of a man page I really need to study and put a copy in my home directory with user permissions and then I can edit them to my liking.

There is also, to go with why, why-not. I have had more use for it when dealing with meta package installed items that want to be removed if I install some little extra thing. That command will tell you where the problem is.
