Attracted by all the speed and efficency thing of Linux, as well as driven by some personal needs, I finally installed Debian "Wheezy" 7.8 on my MacBook Pro mid 2012 (9,2) in Parallels. However, some weird thing starts to confuse me. The first one is the trackpad on my MBP. Well, it works in fact and I can use one finger to click, two fingers to right click and vertical(horizontal) scroll, though not very accurate.
I do search issues related to trackpad on a bunch of linux forums and have tried install and configure xserver-xorg-input-synaptics or xserver-xorg-input-mtrack. Two of those instructions I followed are:

The problem, however, is the trackpad is not even recognized by the system when I do the

So I suspect whether the two drivers really work or not under this situation. If you have experienced this problem too, or know how to solve t, could you guys give me some tips? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
