How to define a new position of icons on Debian11 GNOME?

Hello,
I have few icons on the left side of my PC screen for starting bash scriptes in case I have diverse electronic devices connected to my PC.
How to organize differently the icons? When I try to move them with a cursor, they jump back, See screen extract in the attachment.
Any advice is welcome.
