'Install to USB' utility

Acoording to this manual:

there are two installation methods:

* Burned: boot from a LiveCD and then use the 'Install to USB' utility.
(NOTE: Which LiveCD in particular ... and is it going to install a Debian distro ? We're in the Debian wiki... so
it's confusing I think -- OlivierBerger)
* Unburned: download the ISO file and copy its contents into the USB pendrive.

Howto use start 'Install to USB' utility from the Debian Live CD?

I presume you would like to Install Debian Live CD in a USB Drive

1. If you are using another distro - as root dd if=/(path to iso) of=/dev/sdx where sdx is your USB drive
2. Alternatively , if you are using Windows , download the application Unetbootin or Lili USB creator and create the Live USB

If you use Lili , I think you can enable 'Persistence' meaning you can use your USB to write data and save files

Thx, I know other ways to install on USB, but I'm just wondering where is this 'Install to USB' utility,
I cannot find it on the Debian Live CD.
