Removing Programs?

Can anybody tell me how to remove programs on DSL? I want to get rid of almost everything that comes with DSL. I dont use most of the stuff, its just taking up precious space. I have messed around with DSL for a few days now, and I cannot figure out how to take these programs off of my system. Any ideas?

Hi broknindarkagain,
Damn Small Linux is based on Debian. You can use apt-get for removing installed packages.

Eventhough, dpkg is unavailable by default in DSL, it is available as a separate download. If interested you use install dpkg and use it also for removing/installing packages.

Thanks for the tip Theorist, but it dosnt work. Dpkg will only remove what it installed itsself. I have tried it and it says "package not found" or "package not installed"
