remastering dsl then installing onto pen drive


hi i followed this tutorial http://damnsmalllinux.org/wiki/index...SB_Flash_Drive
to install dsl onto my pen drive but i've realised dsl comes with alot of apps I don't need so is there a way i can remove them and add ones i do need like apache.

probably yes but I have not tried...read the debian hd install section...which gives you more complex tools than busybox to manage your apps.
