NFS /home mounting not working: is there a fix?

Hello,

I am trying to mount a /home folder but visibly DSL takes ages and fails to mount it.

Is there a better NFS possible support for damn small linux?

Can we see logs of it failing please,

Where is it mounting from, is it a location on your local network, or is it remote?

What does your fstab show?

Cheers,
