DSL on a flash drive

I have a flash stick (wristwatch, actually), and I'd like to put DSL on it. It totals 256 MB

I already partitioned it to a 192 MB vfat partition and a 64 MB ext2 partition w/ fdisk.

I have the bootusb.img thing, so should dd if=~/bootusb.img of=/dev/sda2
make it bootable?
