I'm happy to announce that the polls are closed and the results are in. This was the seventh annual LinuxQuestions.org Members Choice Awards and we've set a record for participation each and every year. We had some extremely close races this year (in fact just .41% separated first and second in one case). We also had a couple of multi-year winners unseated this year. Visit http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...inners-622825/ for a summary of the winners and links to the detailed poll results.

Questions about the infrastructure that runs LQ are always popular, so I thought I'd give everyone a heads up that we're making some substantial upgrades and also moving data centers. Visit http://jeremy.linuxquestions.org/200...nfrastructure/ for more information. Any feedback you have on the speed and reliability of that site would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you ever listened to the LinuxQuestions.org Podcast? If not, visit http://radio.linuxquestions.org/ and tune in. You can automatically download the latest podcasts by adding the RSS Feed ( http://radio.linuxquestions.org/syndicate/lq.php ) to your favorite podcatcher. The LQ Podcast is a short audio program that discusses the latest in Linux and Open Source. A new podcast was just posted today. LQ Radio is Open Talk... about Open Source and Linux.
