instead of following up my other messages i thought i will start a new thread but with a difference, it is all sorted, this is how i did it,
i followed all these walkthroughs,

http://clonezilla.org/livepxe.php
from the WDS document, go all the way till "gentoo" and stop there and then follow the documents for the others ie gparted and clonezilla
obviously you need to add the role IIS (http) on your WDS server so if you add it with the default roles, this is will be fine
on the WDS document read these lines
Copy /tmp/gparted/live/filesystem.squashfs to your http web server. (If on IIS create a new virtual directory and set the mime type for .* extension to text/plain
just create one virtual directory for the folders gparted and clonezilla otherwise if you create two virtual directorys, they will use different ports!
job done, all works and its AWESOME!
