SSH and Pam?

I secured my SSH using keys and set passwordauth to no

In the sshd_config file it says to keep UsePam to yes. However, keeping it to yes or no get a ton of errors in /var/log/secure.

Is there a fix to this or a bug?

Do I turn of UsePam no? or keep it to yes..
