squid 3.5.20 transparent cant connect http https


hello guys, i'm new here, and also a noob to this squid.
so my question is why is my squid blocking all http and https connection? can anyone help me?, ireally need your help guys thank you
i just want to allow all connection without blocking anything.
the error said :
